Getting Started
ClinEd Learning Hub is an online platform dedicated to continuing education for healthcare professionals. We offer expert-led courses, practice quizzes, exams, flash cards, and certification programs designed to advance your healthcare career.
Click the "Sign Up" button in the navigation bar and choose "Sign up as Student". Fill in your name, email address, and password. You can also sign up using your Google account for a faster experience.
Some courses and programs are available for free. Others require a one-time payment or an active subscription plan. You can browse all available courses and programs without an account and see which ones are free.
Yes! ClinEd Learning Hub is fully responsive and works on smartphones, tablets, laptops, and desktop computers. You can learn anywhere, anytime.
Courses & Learning
Navigate to the course you want, click the "Enroll Now" button, and follow the prompts. Free courses are instantly accessible. Paid courses require you to select a plan and complete checkout.
Yes. Once enrolled, you have lifetime access to the course content. You can revisit lessons, retake quizzes and exams, and review flash cards at any time.
Your progress is automatically tracked as you complete lessons. You can view your overall progress on the "My Learning" page, which shows completion percentages for each enrolled course.
Yes. Upon completing all lessons and passing the required assessments, you will be eligible to receive a certificate of completion for the course.
Payments & Billing
We accept credit/debit cards via Stripe, Paystack (for Nigerian Naira payments), and PayPal. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.
We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if you have not accessed more than 20% of the course content. Please review our full Refund Policy for details.
No. ClinEd Learning Hub does not store your card details. All payment information is handled directly by our payment processors (Stripe, Paystack, PayPal) which are PCI-DSS compliant.
Institutions
Yes. Click your profile dropdown and select "Register Institution". Once approved by our team, you can manage students, assign courses, and track learning progress across your organisation.
From your institution dashboard, you can invite students individually by email or upload a CSV for bulk invitations. Students will receive an email invitation to join your institution.
Technical & Account
ClinEd Learning Hub works on all modern browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We recommend keeping your browser up to date for the best experience.
Click "Log in" and then "Forgot your password?". Enter your email address and we will send you a password reset link.
