Refund & Cancellation Policy

At ClinEd Learning Hub, we are committed to your satisfaction. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted and how to request them. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.

1 Subscription Plans

Our platform operates on a subscription-based model. Upon subscribing to a plan, you gain immediate access to all course materials included in that plan.

Because access to digital content is granted immediately upon payment, all subscription purchases are generally non-refundable once the subscription period has begun.

2 Eligibility for a Refund

You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:

  • You were charged more than once for the same subscription due to a technical error.
  • You were unable to access the platform or course content due to a verified technical issue on our end that was not resolved within 7 days.
  • You request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase and have not accessed more than 20% of the subscribed course content.
  • The course or program you purchased was discontinued or significantly altered before the subscription period ended.

3 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

  • You changed your mind after accessing course materials.
  • The refund request is made after 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • Your account has been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions.
  • The subscription was purchased at a discounted or promotional rate.

4 How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Once cancelled:

  • Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
  • You will not be charged for the following billing cycle.
  • Cancelling a subscription does not automatically trigger a refund.

5 How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, please contact our support team with the following information:

  • Your full name and registered email address.
  • The date of purchase and the plan or program you subscribed to.
  • The reason for your refund request.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days back to your original payment method.

6 Changes to This Policy

ClinEd Learning Hub reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
